Project Gold Running Camp is co-ed, designed for

distance runners of all abilities, grades 7-12.

Runners come together from around the country (and even a few from Scotland) and build life-long friendships, work on their core strength, stability, and training techniques, develop a deeper understanding about the critical role sleep habits, hydration, nutrition, positive goal setting and visualization play in their performance, and gain the skills they need to achieve their personal best.
