WELCOME TO THE
THE TOTAL RUNNING EXPERIENCE
Through training, nutrition, education, and comaradarie runners are inspired to become their best, or what we like to call their personal ‘gold’.
A typical camp day looks like this:
7:00 breakfast
8:30-9:00 pre-run drills, stretching
9:30-11:00 run (trail runs too)
12:00 lunch
1:00-1:30 lecture
2:00-2:30 free time
2:30-4:00 activity
4:00-5:00 core, strength, stability
5:30 dinner
6:30 games, activities
8:00-9:30 free time
10:00 lights out
ACTIVITIES
At Project Gold Running Camp, runners participate in a host of fun activities, including sand volleyball, basketball, an adventure course, hiking, swimming, boating, and non-competitive relays and games. And, to celebrate the week, we'll have an awards ceremony and party on our last night of camp.
